DDGS Conveying System
Distillers dried grain with soluble is by-product in distillery plant, we provide DDGS Conveying system as per site /Dryer requirements usually in SS304 Grade of material. It is combination of several screw conveyors and a paddle mixer to carry out the Job.
It consists of Haul off screw conveyor which extracts the material from dryer and conveys it to next Discharge conveyor. The material is discharged and conveyed to packing area. Some material is recycled back to double paddle mixer where it is mixed with material from decanter and again fed into the Tube bundle dryer through inlet conveyor.
